על הכנס

השנה, אנו משיקים בפעם הראשונה פעילות של קהילה חדשה בשם The Israeli Treasury Forum.

פורום מקצועי שמאגד גזברים ומנהלי כספים של חברות גלובאליות וחברות ישראליות במודל ארגונים בינלאומיים דומים.

הארגון יפעל להסרת חסמים בירוקרטים ולייעול העבודה והקשר של תאגידים עסקיים עם הבנקים ומוסדות פיקוח ממשלתיים. 

כנס ITF2020 מתעתד לספק מקום מפגש לאנשי מקצוע ומומחים מהתחום. 

הכנס יעסוק בעולמות התוכן הקשורים בגזברות תאגידית. 

המושב יורכב מסדרת הרצאות קצרות של השותפים העיקרים, ומפאנלים של אנשי מקצוע מובילים, נציגים בכירים מהתעשייה כמו גם נציגים של הרגולטורים והבנקים.

הדוברים יציגו סיפורי הצלחה של לקוחות מהארץ ומחו״ל, חידושים וטרנדים מובילים. 

העיסוק בנושאי הליבה של הגזברות התאגידית הפך לחלק אינטגרלי מתחום האחריות של מחלקות הכספים ומחייב הקצאה של משאבי ניהול מתאימים וכוח אדם מקצועי.

דוברים

Dr. Moshe Bareket

Director General, Israel, Capital Markets, Insurance and Saving Authority

He has extensive regulatory, academic and business experience, and prior to his appointment he was a Special Advisor to Jefferies Investment Banking and a Consultant to major international and Israeli entities, as well as Israeli fintech and other startup firms. Dr. Bareket served as the Chairman of the Board of Phoenix Holding Company and Phoenix Insurance Ltd and was a board member at major Israeli listed companies (Carraso Motors, Delek Group, Delek Energy, Elad Real Estate and more).

He also acted a Chief Finance and strategy Office of Isaac Tshuva’s Group. Between 2006-2010, Dr. Bareket was the Director of the Corporations Finance Division at the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA) and served as the ISA’s Chief Accountant. Earlier in his career, Dr. Bareker was a Professor at Duke University (FUQUA School of Business) for five years and served for eight years as an Auditor and Accounting Expert at the Central Bank of Israel.

Mr. Denis Murphy

 Commercial Director, ACT 

Denis Murphy heads the commercial function of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), the chartered professional body for Treasury.
Established in 1979, the ACT represents the interests of the real economy, and educates and supports treasurers around the world.
The ACT mission is to embed the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in the treasury world and act as its leading advocate.
As a not-for-profit membership organisation, the ACT is focused on delivering the best in education, events, training resources and information for the treasury community.

Mr. Guy Rotenshtrich

 Country Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management, HSBC Bank plc, Israel  

Since 2016, Guy Rotenshtrich is leading the HSBC Israel Global Liquidity and Cash Management team, with almost 20 years of experience in global banking.

With that proven track record, he is considered one of the cash management market leaders.

In his current role, he helped, together with his experienced cash managers consultants to put a focus on building client relationships and enhanced focus on their needs, helping them to constantly grow their global business, introducing them to opportunities, while leveraging HSBC’s global products, digital solutions & market experts on its presence countries.

Adv. Yifat Solel

Board Member ,Director of Regulation, Governance and Democracy, OFEK Credit Union

Solel is one of the founders and a board member of OFEK – a
financial cooperative that had a major role in amending the Israeli
Law in order to allow the operation of Credit Unions, and is about to
receive the first Credit Union license in Israel in over 50 years. Solel
is the chairperson of the Democracy committee of Ofek and director
of regulation and governance.
Solel is the Chairperson of “The Cooperatives Alliance for Social,
Economic and Environmental Justice” – an umbrella organization of
cooperatives that emerged out of the social protest of 2011 in order
to achieve civic economic power. The Alliance helps start and
promote cooperatives, gives services to its members and trying to
create a favorable environment for cooperatives.
Yifat Solel specializes in social rights legislation; conducting legal
struggles and submitting petitions to the Supreme Court in order to
enhance free speech, democratic rights, and create social change.
She works with Social Change organizations as a Legal Advisor.
She is a PHD candidate in the Haifa University Law School, her
research entitled: Cooperatives and Democracy: How should legal
paradigms of cooperation and competition be re-conceptualized in
order to promote economic democracy?
Solel is a member of the research committee of the International
Cooperative Alliance and of its Law committee.

Mr. Stephane Curcio

Curcio, Head of Sales Enablement, Europe, Kyriba

Stéphane Curcio is Head of Sales Enablement training for Europe at Kyriba.

Based in London, he has been an expert in the fields of finance and treasury and the world of software for the past 20 years.

Before joining Kyriba, Stéphane acquired extensive experience at Airbus Group (formerly EADS) where he was part of the professionalization of Treasury systems administration, notably with the design and development of a middle-office reporting tool; then at IT2 on projects with an international scope.

He also spent several years at Thomson-Reuters, notably as system subject matter expert in the Central European and the Middle Eastern markets.
Stéphane has been a French expatriate in London for 12 years where he participated in the development of Kyriba Northern European office in diverse roles, while working in close collaboration with teams based on three continents.

Mr. Marc Delbaere

Head of Corporate and Trade, SWIFT

Marc Delbaere is Global Head of Corporates and Trade at SWIFT since 2016.

At SWIFT since 2008, Marc has a long track record in driving industry transformation programmes, very often from the ground up (MyStandards, gpi for corporates, gpi prevalidation, KYC for corporates, corporate digital identity…).

Marc came from IBM where he was in charge of the IBM Industry Models portfolio, an intellectual property offering at the crossroads of business and IT. Marc studied Business Engineering at Solvay Business School and holds a post graduate degree in Actuarial Sciences – stochastic finance from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

Dr. Nimrod Kozlovski

Tech Investor, Partner, head of tech & regulation department, HFN & Adjunct Prof. for Cyber Studies, TAU & Kellogg

Cyber and predictive, big data tech expert and investor and board member in startups.
Partner and head of tech & regulation department at the leading International Israeli law firm Herzog, Fox, Neeman (HFN) focusing on Tech Regulation and disruptive digital technologies, Internet and Cyber laws, Ad-tech, Monetization, e-Commerce and Fintech.
Previously, Venture partner, investor at JVP, Labs, lead global Venture Capital, focusing personally on early stage investments, disruptive digital technologies and company building around core innovation.
At JVP Cyber Labs, focused on Cyber investments and Big Data and co-led the VC state-sponsored incubator for Cyber Security & Big Data in Beer Sheva, Israel.

Marko Kling is Vice President Solution Architecture at Serrala. In this role he is responsible for the global PreSales processes across all group entities and supporting business development, solution strategy and integration activities.

Marko started as a consultant for payments solutions in the beginning of 2008 and gained extensive experience particularly around O2C and P2P solutions by managing and conducting more than 100 projects and assessments with multiple customers globally.

Since 2011, Ahi Gvirtsman has accumulated a rich experience in forming, building and running innovation programs for various types of organizations both as the manager of such programs and as a mentor to innovation managers of diverse types of organizations (corporations, municipalities, military).

He personally designed, built and managed the innovation program of HP’s software division covering 20,000 employees worldwide. In his book “The PEAK innovation principles”, released in 2017, Ahi offers a common framework based on his experience that can be implemented by any type of organization in any industry as a way of turning itself into being innovation proficient.

He is a 25+ year veteran of the software industry with roles ranging from large corporations to small startups and has an MSc in computer science from theTechnion and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
